Hi Joanna

In the past ten years following a few minor injuries whilst jogging, I have suffered from nagging knee pain. I got to the point where the constant aching in my knees would be very tiring throughout the day and the pain would regularly disturb me during the night.

I have tried treatments ranging from physiotherapy, acupuncture, chiropractic sessions, ceasing exercise, lotions and potions – all to no avail.

Since starting acupuncture and massage with Joanna Walsh, I cannot believe the difference and improvement in my knees. Joanna has also given me a series of very simple and quick stretches to use following exercise. I now feel like I finally have a chance to maintain and strengthen my knees.
