Pregnancy massage is not only a great way for mum-to-be to relax during her pregnancy but many musculoskeletal issues are easily treated or completely avoided to begin with. A pregnancy massage is performed with the woman lying on her side comfortably supported with bolsters or pillows. This is a great position to access the hips and lower back.Monthly massages are recommended and fortnightly from 32-34 weeks. More or less massages might be needed depending on an individual’s requirements.
